FAQs
Q: What if my gift isn’t the right fit?
A: If you feel your order is not the right fit, please reach out to us at honestlygifts@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We will help make it right.
Q: I'd like to place an order and have it sent directly to the recipient, is that possible?
A: Yes! Just put the recipients name and address on the shipping details at checkout. For this reason, we do not include paper receipts in our orders. All receipts are through email, so be sure to use your own email.
Q: What if I need to change or cancel my order?
A: Please contact honestlygifts@gmail.com to inquire about your order update. We are not currently able to accept cancellations.
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Send us an email at honestlygifts@gmail.com for updates! We are happy to assist.
Q: What if my order arrived damaged?
A: We not only care deeply about the quality of our jewelry, but also about the quality of experience it brings you and your loved ones. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at honestlygifts@gmail.com and we will be sure to send you a new item.
Q: What if I didn't get my order, but the tracking information says it has been delivered?
A: First, check your order confirmation to ensure you entered the correct shipping address at checkout. We provide tracking information for all of our orders and ship via USPS and UPS only. We are not liable for orders that are lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen upon delivery. Please consider, shipping carriers do make mistakes and most are short staffed during the holidays and with the COVID-19 pandemic. It is also possible that your order could be marked as delivered by the carrier, but has really yet to be delivered.
Please contact us at honestlygifts@gmail.com for a discounted replacement order.
Q: How do I take care of my jewelry?
A: Although our jewelry is of the highest quality with extra layers of coating to increase longevity, plated jewelry should be cleaned periodically. To extend the life of your jewelry, it’s important to keep it dry (never bathe or spray perfume on your jewelry; chemical reactions with chlorine and other elements such as perspiration can result in tarnishing). Remove jewelry when sleeping, exercising, or doing physical activities, as prolonged contact with sweat will cause the plating to wear away faster. Never use abrasive chemicals or products to clean your jewelry. After each wear, gently wipe each piece of jewelry to clean off make-up and skin oils. Use a soft, lint-free cloth in order to avoid scratching. Since rose gold pieces are more sensitive because of copper usage (in order to turn the color from gold to rose gold), please use care as instructed above.
Q: I have sensitive skin - what’s in my jewelry?
A: We take precaution to ensure our precious gifts won’t irritate you. Our jewelry is made of high quality stainless steel, and 100% lead, cadmium and nickel free.
